From there, the safari continues with a 4×4 dune bashing drive across Qatar’s rolling dunes, as the vehicle climbs and navigates the constantly shifting terrain — a different, faster way to take in the scale of the desert after exploring it at ground level on the ATV.

Sandboarding

At selected dunes, there’s time to try sandboarding, sliding down the slopes for a more physical, hands-on way to experience the landscape, adjusted to suit the group’s comfort and the day’s conditions.
